The store manager Tammy is outstanding she is taking care of an issue that was just recently discovered based on a contract from a year ago. She is making something right that was obviously done incorrect a year ago. Customer service like that you don't get at most places anymore. She is the only reason that both my wife and myself are staying with Verizon.
William and Ryan are amazing customer service reps and work hard to make your experience Pleasent and do their level best to fix your problems

William Taylor made my day! I had purchased a new phone and was having tons of trouble getting it to Sync with my car. I had been to the dealership and to no avail. As a last resort I dropped into CarTronics and William exceeded all expectations. Within minutes he had everything taken care of.
