Let’s start off I stating I have been a customer of Sprint since 2004. I have had several promotions on my lines with problems that took months to resolve. However in September I decided to promote my lines and add additional lines under phones with the under standing chances that this would be less money it was a package deal or I was told. They promoted my phones and I got a buy one get one on the Apple iPhone 7. At some point during this promotion, there was a third Apple iPhone 7 fraudulently added to my account. The store has admitted that I never received third iPhone 7, I have been speaking with Brett The store manager who is tells me every week his district manager is working on this and will apply a credit to my account and remove the iPhone 7. There has been $135.00 credit applied to my account, but the phone has not been removed. As of my last conversation with Brett he says it’s another store that activated my current phone added the iPhone 7 to my account ( it took 4months). I went to the Rochester store they told me it was Owosso store and the phone probably at there store . I have called customer service many times and received no help they tell me I have to go back to the store, it is for the store to resolve. So to conclude they added a fraudulent phone onto my count I am now have to paying a monthly fee 95.00 or a $600 early termination fee in order to get out of this phone that I don’t have and will never have. So to conclude I am stuck I have no way to resolve this I am now under contract with Sprint. I would never recommend anyone to ever use Sprint or go anywhere near the Owosso sprint store they are not only liars but they are thieves. Be advised
This store will steal your money and the company will back them up they don’t even care how their treating their customers. We upgraded to new phones with our phones current Verizon plan 12 g they said we called and upgraded to unlimited which was not true. Called store they said they would take care of it not to worry about the bill would be frozen until that could find out what happened. nothing was done to fix it the bill grew to $1200 they turned our phones off. They told not to worry remember flat out lies.we called the company service then they transferred us to a collection company where we had to make payment to get our phones turned back on and still had to pay the unlimited plan cost of $1200 this phone company will rip you off
I have been a Sprint customer for years and will only go to this store. The guys there are always willing to help me as much as possible. They go above and beyond for all of their customers. I have referred many of my friends and family. Anytime I need anything I go see Brett and he takes care of it!
