Great selection of home merchandise & friendly staff !!!
This places customer service is absolutely horrible. Happy we actually found this out before going through with doing business with them. The staff is very unprofessional in such a way that one of thier staff members made a rude comment and then slammed my front door while walking out of my house. Attitude, attitude, attitude... The store manager, Jerry seems to think he doesn't have to give his higher ups information. You may not have to answer to your customers, but you will have to answer to your boss!! I would highly recommend NOT doing any business with Continental Home Center of Owosso!
