Fast, duh. But kind, polite, and high level of accuracy while being fast...thats what I love about this place.
The free smells were free. Also pretty good. All Jimmy John's are pretty good.

The food was amazing.. The staff was equally amazing. I would give 5 stars if they would actually deliver a little further. Ginger square is not very far whatsoever and a lot of people in that area would probably be valuable customers.
