Worst pizza place in town. Employees, all teenagers, act like you are inconveniencing them when you order. Every time I go in there at night there's riffraff hanging out in the lobby - seemingly 20 year olds from Flint waiting for their girlfriends to get out of work.
This was the first time my husband and I tried Jet's, and will be the last. We did a walk-in order, a large "All Meaty" , hand tossed garlic crust. It was around 3pm and not busy. We received a deep dish meaty (not the correct toppings). I was going to refuse it, because we had already waited 20 minutes and I needed to get my husband home. While we waited we were forced to listened to the two female workers discuss their personal life (because they were talking so loud), including one of them being hung over. The pizza tasted funny and quality below some frozen pizzas I've had.
Not enough staff... Took an hour to get a pizza and a salad.
I have ordered from there 3 times since moving to Owosso - the first time the dough was obviously over-proofed. I sat and watched the employee try and fix it by popping bubbles and moving toppings around for several minutes. Finally she gave it to me and offered a free 20oz drink because it "Didn't look good" with no offer to make another one. Needless to say the pizza was terrible. The 2nd time I ordered delivery and they forgot the bread sticks. The driver was rude and didn't get back for over an hour. The 3rd time a teenage girl in the back was flipping her hair around and running her fingers through it showing another worker while standing in the kitchen. She then continued working without washing her hands... the last straw for me.
They have a good deep dish. Customer services is very bad. Not sure I'll get food anymore just because of it.
Horrible customer service. Wait an hour for our pizza. Also ordered 2 large salads and they forgot those. Ranch bottle head broken fresh seal. This was all last week. I went in there today and the cashier maybe said three words to me. I'm surprised there was any money at all in the tip jar. I guess I'll be going to Main Street Pizza from now on.
