The first time i met her, she gave me a hard time because she thought i put down 3lbs when she checked with her supervisor it was as i put down 3oz.
The woman heather (i believe her name is) is a terrible employee.
When i go through the red headed gentleman my packages always end up undamaged. I am thankful for that, but because of that employee, i am changing my business to a different town, for a more reliable service. I hope you correct the issue, of her poor conduct of character towards your customers.
Then i realized after the forth time of getting that employee, my packages (Clearly Labeled Fragile) always ends up broken. She has a terrible attitude, she always acts like she doesn't want to be there, and takes it out on her customers.
This is the best Post Office I've ever gone to. Why? Because the people that work there are nice and actually help you. For instance, I brought in a box to return and he proactively explained the confirmation number on the receipt. Plus, he multi tasked so he didn't hold up the line!! Yay!!!
My customers contacted me for the forth time saying, that the product i sold them broke. I brushed it off the first three times.
I recently ordered day-old chicks through the mail, and WOW! The postal service was excellent, called right away, and even delivered them right to my door with their express mail truck within 2 hours of their arrival to the post office. Because of their superior care and attention, all nine tiny chicks arrived safe and sound!!
After the forth time of going through her with my business, my products ended up broken.
She continued to give me a hard time after that.

Their phone wait time is 40 to 50 minutes why do they need that long of wait time for a small town post office
