They have to many rules and seem to screw people I've spoke to
Currently renovating, moving old trailers out and moving newer, nicer looking ones in. They take good care of the lawn. Probably will get higher rating once finished.
It's a nice place to live, but the management charges way to much if you don't have your lawn mowed in there time frame. And they still don't have the pool opened. If they aren't gonna have the pool opened they should lower the lot rent.
It's a nice place to live now. Quiet and cleaned up..Looks real nice now here
