If you want that personal touch with people, find another place and pay a little more for the same work from someone with people skills. otherwise, drop it off. let them give you the diagnosis, pay for it and never say a word to the staff other than thank you. That's all I can really say.
Significant damage to my vehicle took pictures of the damage before i asked to get my things out of my vehicle he watched me do this and after i asked him to get in to my truck to get my registration and insurance and he said nope i see how this is gonna go and told me to leave

If you want good work, go there and have them work on your vehicle. but make sure you deal with the issue. let them diagnose it and do the work from start to finish. Otherwise you are eligible and Likely to be on the receiving end of countless insults. There is no professionalism here. At least not from the owner, who is, as I said. What his name is. Our family has been a customer of Dick and his team since we moved to Owosso 20+ years ago. If you're looking for a competent, painfully honest mechanic this is where you should take your vehicle. Is Dick's Auto the cheapest place in town? Probably not. However, they have never failed to fix the problems we have had with our vehicles. So really it's your pick, do want someone to tell you what you want to hear when your car isn't running or do you want someone that'll do what they tell they'll do, no more - no less. I like the place, I like their workmanship, and I will stick with Dick's Auto as long as it's in town.
