I have been using the Owosso SOS brach for a number of years now and have never had anything but a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and wait times are generally short. Keep up the good work Owosso.
Line went through very fast, but the guy that was helping me was very rude. He walked away from me and didn't say have a nice day or anything. Told me what i needed to do for my title of my car and just walked away. I was unsure if he was finished talking to me so i waited a minute. Never came back or acknowledged me again. I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but being in customer service myself this was definitely not professional and was extremely rude.
Yep you are seeing right! 5 stars for a secretary of state office! Quick, helpful, courteous, pleasant, and I swear I even caught a couple workers smiling!!!
People may birch about the Secretary of State but it has come a long way in the last 30 years. Keep up the good service
