We staff was awesome! Very attentive. We have used twice in recent months. Dr. Wash saved my husband's eyesight! He found a rare condition that could have caused sudden blindness.i was treated promptly and with respect.
Nothing but horrible! I can not believe how unknowledgeble the staff is. We have been here a handful of times by ambulance, (against my request) and each time we come it somehow is worse than the last visit.
I was recently a patient in the infusion center. The service and quality of care that I received was absolutely excellent. The staff was intelligent, caring, efficient, fun, and very positive. They provided me with a perfect blend of caring and support, while maintaining a very high level of personal dignity and patient independence. For me, it was a very good patient experience. My father was treated many times in the Memorial Healthcare ED and always received exceptional care. The staff and doctors are attentive, compassionate and always kept the family updated as to the status of his care and next steps. I would recommend this hospital to all of my family and friends. This is the absolute best place to have a baby! The staff is very knowledgeable and nice, the nurses took good care of my wife and baby. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else, the nay sayers here are probably just assholes
