He told me he was a certified inspector so I scheduled an inspection/cleaning of a fireplace and a woodstove (including their chimneys). (This was on a house I had put an offer on contingent upon it passing a home inspection and I fully explained this to him.) He had a reasonable price (compared to Alpha and Omega-Williamston) so I scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment I had a question about clearance codes for woodstoves (because if the woodstove was not installed properly, I was going to need someone who could actually fix it, not just inspect and clean it.) I left a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. Thirty minutes after the appointment time the next day, he called to tell me he was running late. When I asked him about clearance codes (since he may not have needed to come out), he told me he couldn't tell me over the phone, he'd need to look at it. I asked him what the code actually was he said 'I'd say somewhere between 6-12". Obviously he had no clue what the code was and wasn't qualified to inspect anything. I canceled the appt. BUYER BEWARE. HE LIED ABOUT HIS QUALIFICATIONS TO INSPECT A WOODSTOVE.
No call no show ... can't make money that way.. on too the next chimmy cleaners
Rude and inconsiderate drivers and receptionist. Driver went off road multiple times, once passed they followed me for 6 blocks and 4 right turns. When office was called, was treated very disrespectfully and blown off.
