The selection products at the Owosso JCP is poor .. might as well drive to Flint JCP
It's a nice friendly place to shop. I love the clearance sales.
Staff was almost non existent. I went to get a dress shirt. The two fitting rooms by the dress shirts were occupied by some lady and her two children. I was just getting a dress shirt though so I tried them on over my current shirt. By the second shirt it was clear I was not getting help so I stopped trying to be neat about putting things back. I was there on a day when only about 7 other people were in the store. I tried on about 10 shirts over 30 minutes and never got help. Horrible customer service.
Nice little store. Small selections for each department. Staff mostly friendly.
Good quality merchandise at good prices. Love their sales, coupons & reward points! Friendly salespeople too.
