Arrived to pick up my new vehicle today and it was in poor condition!!! I drove 45 minutes to pick up vehicle. The interior floor on the driver side was dirty. The front of the vehicle was dirty, the vehicle had scratches in the paint. I have driven several brand NEW vehicles and I have never experienced such a poor experience. This dealership doesn't deserve a 1 star rating. HORRIBLE experience!!!
Immediately responded to the need for service. I received an email from On-star and the engine light stayed lit, so I called the dealership and they got me right in to check it out. The service personnel explained thoroughly what the issue was and fixed it right away. I had my car back in about an hour and, they were kind enough to vacuum it and wash the outside. Very Professional.

I was not pleased with the amount that I had to furnish at closing I had to pay the rest of my 4 lease payments I have been told by pasty Lou dealership that young should have been able too give me a pullagheaded program. Pasty Lou gave me a coupon to do just that .I like Youngs but I don't feel like I got a very good deal from them.
